Team Manager (SEND)
The Role This is a pivotal position within a statutory, multi-professional environment. You will provide day-to-day management and strategic leadership to a team of 12 SEND Case Officers, fostering a high-performance culture where staff feel supported to thrive and progress. Your focus will be a blend of: People Leadership: Mentoring and developing a talented team of Case Officers. Process Management: Navigating the 0-25 statutory framework to meet national targets and legal milestones. Partnership Working: Building honest, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across health, education, and social care sectors.
