HGV Service Advisor Hull Our client, the largest privately owned well known brand truck dealership in the UK, is seeking for a HGV Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be providing a courteous and efficient reception service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will be responsible for R2C, truck service scheduling, MOT bookings in line with manufacturer s guidelines and recommendations. Role: HGV Service Advisor Hours: Shift pattern: Week 1 06:00 - 14:30, Week 2 08:00 - 16:30, Week 3 10:00 -18:30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis 06:30 - 15:00 Location: Hull Key responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing in HGVs for service or repairs. Answer customer queries regarding service status, vehicle issues, and maintenance requirements. Provide estimates for repair or service costs, timelines, and any additional work needed. Schedule vehicle service appointments based on customer availability and workshop capacity.
