HR Workday Administrator

Key Responsibilities Handle the processing of new hires, leavers, internal moves, and any contractual updates in Workday, making sure all records are kept accurate and up to date Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, assisting with Workday self-service and resolving related queries Support day-to-day HR questions and ensure employee files and HR data are properly maintained Help with HR reporting and provide administrative support across the HR team as needed Own specific HR Operations tasks - such as administering employee benefits or Early Careers programs Get involved in HR initiatives and help drive improvements to processes and ways of workingKey Experience andamp; Skills Essential hands-on experience using Workday - minimum 1 year.Proven experience working in an HR Operations team Strong understanding of employee life cycle processes and HR compliance requirements Experience in processing contracts on Workday.
