This role is pivotal in enhancing the commercial activities of CBD1, supporting the development of business initiatives, and fostering robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support for marketing activities and administrative tasks for Marketing Officers.Conduct KYC processes, including account opening, maintenance, and closure, while managing various administrative responsibilities.Engage directly with customers, including the Main Lending Office of parent companies, and collaborate with departments such as Operations, Legal, Audit, and Risk Management.Execute credit facilities for CBD1 customers (e.g., loans, guarantees).Prepare and present Management Information reports regularly, covering KYC status and pending documents.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Understand and apply the Bank''s internal processes effectively.
