Job Title: SEN TeacherLocation: Enfield (Primary and Secondary SEN Schools)Job Type: Full-Time (5 days a week), Long-Term / Temp to PermStart Date: ASAPRole OverviewWe are working with a range of SEN schools in Enfield (primary and secondary settings) who are looking for dedicated SEN Teachers to join their teams immediately.This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to individual learning needsTeach pupils across primary and/or secondary SEN settings depending on placementAdapt curriculum content to meet a wide range of additional needs and abilitiesCreate a safe, structured, and supportive learning environmentBuild positive, consistent relationships with pupils to support engagement and progressUse a range of strategies to support communication, behaviour, and emotional regulationWork closely with SEN support staff, therapists, and wider school teamsMonitor, assess, and report on pupil progress in line with school expectationsImplement and follow EHCP targets and individual learning plansSupport positive behaviour management strategies across the classroomCandidate RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualificationPGCE or equivalent trainingExperience or strong interest in SEN education (primary or secondary)Strong classroom management and ..... full job details .....
