Warehouse Operative Location: Marden / Tonbridge, Kent TN12 areaShift: 12:00 midday 12:00 midnightShift pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off OR 4 days on / 3 days offPay: £14.30 per hour during training, increasing to £15.13 per hour once fully trainedWe are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team.This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, supporting the movement, storage and preparation of products and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently throughout the operation.Key Responsibilities Moving pallets and products around the warehouse using a powered pallet truckLoading and unloading vehiclesMoving incoming stock to the correct storage locationsPreparing products and pallets for dispatchMoving completed orders ready for collection or deliveryAssisting with goods-in and goods-out activitiesChecking stock and pallets as they are received and movedEnsuring products are stored safely and correctlyKeeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organisedKeeping walkways and working areas clear and safeCarrying out basic checks on warehouse equipment before useFollowing company health and safety procedures at all timesWorking as part of a team to ensure stock is moved efficientlySupporting colleagues with general warehouse duties when required This is an active and physical role, so candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Training and ..... full job details .....
