We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Staplehurst/Marden area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, or someone with a strong passion for supporting children and helping them reach their full potential. A full-time commitment is ideally what we''re looking for, with the potential for a long-term placement for the right candidate.

The Role

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development - This may be 1:1 with a student or full class support
• Working closely with teachers and school staff
• Providing encouragement and positive support within the classroom
• Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting individual pupils where required

We''re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting pupils
• Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but not always essential
