We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Milnrow. This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans

• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant (or in a similar SEN support role)

• Experience supporting children with additional needs

• Strong behaviour management skills

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

• Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification desirable)

• Competitive daily rate of -103.95 - -110 per day
