Job Title: Energy Retrofit and Pre Construction Lead Team: Property Directorate Service: Assets and Sustainability Responsible to: Property Investment Manager Job Summary To develop major projects and workstreams from inception to construction phase. Engaging with specialist surveyors, consultants and architects to produce high quality and comprehensive packages of work for tender and delivery. The role will be expected to challenge specialists in their own area of expertise. Occasional delivery of Capital projects through to practical completion. Lead the development and delivery of effective housing retrofit programmes of work for homes, aligning these with major works programmes, utilising both external grants and existing internal funding streams to maximise energy performance improvements and reduce tenant fuel poverty Line management of officers when Retrofit Projects becomes live and investment requirements increase.
