What’s Needed
- Previous Site Manager experience
- Experience with industrial or commercial new-build projects
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
Your Role
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring progress and build quality
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Keeping the project on programme
