Senior Financial Controller - Pensions/Actuary ExpMilton Keynes - onsite 3 days a week6 month contractInside of IR35£550 per dayMy client is looking for a Finance Manager who specialises in Pensions Accounts. You will be working for and supporting the Head of pension risk, the role holder is responsible for, managing and coordinating all activities and procedures relating to the successful operation, financial management and reporting and risk management of the Company''s defined benefit pension scheme. Key accountabilitiesReviewing and enhancing the pensions control framework to ensure alignment with audit expectations Reviewing and enhancing the pensions models to ensure alignment with audit expectationsWork on the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the actual Pension accounting and risk information including annual report disclosures.Support Director of Pensions and Head of Pension risk in preparation, documentation and attendance for the clients statutory and non-statutory committees eg Pension Risk Forum, Pensions Committee, ALCO, CF Trustee meetingsPreparation of pension information for strategic planning purposes (eg P21, ICAAP, stress testing)Prepare the scheme costs budget working alongside the trustee scheme function. Monitor performance of actuals against budget.Engage in the day to day relationship with professional advisors.
