Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs reach their full potential? We’re looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a warm, inclusive school community in Braintree this September. This is a full-time role offering meaningful work, every single day.

As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, Your Role Will Include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour strategies

• Encouraging emotional regulation and building learner confidence

• Working closely with the SENCO and wider team to meet individual needs

We’re Looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant Who:

• Has experience in schools, youth work, care, or a similar setting

• Brings a calm, patient, and adaptable approach

• Is passionate about inclusion and SEN provision

• Has (or is willing to get) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
