Payrate: 37k-38k/annum
Work: This is supervising job
Managing a team of 3 operatives
Must have expereince in Residential settings
Senior technician role to support all maintenance & facilities objectives and daily operations to maintain asset compliance.
Ensuring all reactive and PPM repairs are completed within designated timescales and supporting wider teams.
Driving excellent resident experience.
- Undertake basic appliance repairs and white good replacements.
- Undertake electrical repairs
- Undertake plumbing and drainage repairs
- Undertake carpentry and joinery repairs
- Undertake painting and decoration repairs
- Support site staff with escalated repairs
- Must be flexible to work around the needs of the business in the event of emergency or additional cover requirements
