Eden Brown Charities is delighted to be working in partnership with Birmingham Dogs Home to recruit them a Head of Income Generation to drive forward the Charitie''s five-year strategy and lead a wonderful, ambitious fundraising team. This is such an exciting time to join the Charity at a time which is pivotal to their next stage of development! The role As Head of Income Generation, you will be leading the team and focus on increasing income across a number of different income streams including Corporate, Community, Events, Membership, Legacy, Individual Giving, Trusts and Philanthropy. There is also an incredible opportunity to develop Birmingham Dog''s Home retail offering. You will also lead on Communications and ensure that you are raising the profile of the Charity within the Midlands. You will lead on the strategy as well as working closely with the SLT to ensure, lead and direct the fundraising, commercial and new business by providing leadership, coaching and setting priorities and targets.
