IBA Credit Controller FTC HFG are working with a global insurance brokerage who are looking for an experienced IBA Credit Controller to join its team in the City. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of a portfolio of international client accounts, ensuring accurate premium processing, debt management, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Manage allocated client accounts and proactively resolve issuesRun and issue statements, chase overdue balances, and handle aged debt queriesInvestigate and resolve unmatched cash, funding queries, and legacy account issuesWork closely with premium processing teams to ensure smooth operationsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal proceduresAccurate calculation of pro-rata premiums from slips and endorsements Skills and Experience Required: Strong experience in premium processing within an IBA team (client-facing)Strong knowledge of client account handling, debt chasing, unmatched cash resolution, and funding processesMarine insurance knowledge (essential) and the ability to calculate premiums from slips/endorsementsBrokasure Desktop experience ..... full job details .....
