12 month Fixed Term Contract. Can lead to a permanent position for the right candidates.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries
• Completing transactions and maintaining accurate digital and manual records
• Managing daily workloads to meet deadlines
• Escalating non-routine queries appropriately
• Collaborating with team members to support overall performance
• Providing general administrative support
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

What We''re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team or structured environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

Shifts: 8:00-11:30am starts to 16:00-20:00pm finishes (37.5 hours a week) including weekends. 3-5 weekends over an 8 week period (can be consecutive or spaced out depending on Business needs.

-13.45 per hour rising to -13.57 per hour after 12 weeks plus overtime.
