Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents

• Managing budgets, valuations, and cost reporting throughout projects

• Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure best value

• Ensuring compliance with contracts, financial controls, and timelines

• Supporting project managers with commercial and contractual advice

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drylining sector

• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software and measurement methods

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
