They are part of a global business that supplies into multiple sectors both in the UK and internationally. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Leader to oversee and optimise all site operations, including the Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Customer Service functions. The Role Reporting into European Operations, the Site Leader will be responsible for leading day-to-day site activities and have full responsibility for managing end-to-end site operations and ensuring targets are met. This will also include: Leading a diverse team and fostering a collaborative environment Maintaining Production test and Quality Control standards Providing hands-on support where required to meet customer commitments Resource and budget management to meet cost, production and delivery targets KPI management across operations for productivity, efficiency and quality Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives across all operations People management and team development Compliance to Health and Safety standards The Candidate The ideal Site Leader will have a proven track record of leadership gained in a Production, Engineering, Operations or Manufacturing management role.
