The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring community centres are clean, safe, secure, and welcoming for all users. Key Responsibilities Opening, closing, and securing community centre premisesCarrying out cleaning duties to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentationSupervising centre bookings and activities when requiredResponding to enquiries from members of the public and facility usersSetting up and dismantling rooms, equipment, and furniture for events and activitiesMonitoring health and safety requirements and reporting incidents or maintenance issuesConducting routine checks of fire safety equipment and emergency systemsSupporting Council events and community activities as required Essential Criteria Applicants must have:A minimum of 3 GCSEs (including English and Maths at Grade C or above) or equivalentANDAt least 6 months'' experience in:Cleaning and security/facility operationsDealing with members of the public and customer enquiriesAdministrative duties within a customer-focused environmentORA minimum of 1 year''s ..... full job details .....
