This developer has a strong pipeline of sites coming up in the Oxfordshire region, offering job security and progression for the right person. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the residential site. Ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure the project progresses on time and within budget. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to building plans. Provide on-site support and guidance to construction teams to resolve any issues that arise. Assist in managing project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and health and safety records. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience in residential construction or a similar role, with a strong understanding of site management. Experience in working with both internal teams and external contractors. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
