Level 3 IT Support qualification

Baltic Apprenticeships , you’ll:Respond to remote helpdesk requests with timely and effective technical supportLog, track, and resolve support calls efficientlyCarry out hardware and software repairs in a fully-equipped workshopInstall and configure hardware and software across client sitesMaintain detailed network documentation and reportsSupport project needs by sourcing IT equipmentAttend on-site visits to assist schools directlyYou’ll receive full training and mentorship from both your workplace and the expert team at Baltic.37.5 hours per week , Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm23 days holidayPrivate healthcare ,
