pivotal role in launching and leading the companys new ASHP department , managing the full lifecycle of projectsfrom planning to installation and sign-off.You''ll have real influence to shape how the division is structured, grow a subcontractor network, and help build a high-quality, scalable service offering.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all ASHP installations from initial planning to final commissioningManage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site teamsEnsure compliance with industry regulations and quality standardsCarry out on-site inspections to monitor progress and standardsCollaborate with internal teams to streamline project delivery and customer satisfactionContribute to the departments long-term strategy and growthAct as the technical lead, remaining hands-on when requiredProvide guidance on materials, technology, and efficient working practicesWhat Youll Need:Proven experience in air source heat pump installationsStrong technical knowledge and understanding of domestic heating systemsConfident managing subcontractors and overseeing multiple projectsExcellent communication and organisational skillsPrevious leadership experience or a readiness to step into a senior/managerial roleFull UK driving licenceWhats on Offer:Permanent role with excellent scope to grow alongside the businessCompetitive salary (negotiable based on experience)Company van with personal useFlexibility to work from home, the office, and on-site as requiredDirect input into the future direction of the companys heat pump offeringStrong long-term earning potential based on the departments successThis is more than just a job its a
