Sales Executive
Specialists in Flooring: Stone, Tiling and Wood | Trading for Over 20 Years

Location: Cirencester, Cotwolds

Salary: £30K + with monthly team bonuses

Hours of work: Full time, Weekdays 9am -5pm. Saturday 9.30am to 4pm twice a month, day off during the week in lieu.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you’ll work in the beautiful showroom, welcoming customers and guiding them through their purchasing journey. This isn’t just sales—it’s about building genuine relationships and understanding the needs of customers considering a significant investment for their homes.

Your key sales responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Show empathy and excellent communication skills to help customers make informed decisions.
• Following Up: Manage longer sales cycles by keeping in touch via phone or email, ensuring no customer feels forgotten.
• CRM Management: Use a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and customer details effectively.
• Samples and Administration: Organise samples, raise quotes, and prepare invoices with precision.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the showroom runs smoothly and customers leave delighted.

What We’re Looking For:

• Has a natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent customer service.
• Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing sales processes.
• Enjoys working in a team sales environment where collaboration and shared success are valued.
• Has experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in home improvment, interiors, or a similar industry (but it’s not essential if you’re keen to learn!).
