has the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to join their established and high performing Dealership Management team on a 6-8 week contract
Aftersales Manager / Service Manager ResponsibilitiesAs an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager your responsibilities will include:
Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop and front of house teamEnsuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.Departmental profitabilityDelivering dealership and manufacturer budgetsControlling expensesRecruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivationOptimising workshop capacity and utilisationInstalling, and maintaining processesMonitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Experience, Skills and QualificationsEssential Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years'' Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experienceFull UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
Franchised Dealership ExperienceVAG dealership experience is desirableKerridge experience
