It''s a great chance to take real ownership of your work while building a varied skill set in a supportive group environment.Main DutiesAs an Assistant Management Accountant, your main duties include:Taking ownership of the month-end close, including posting accruals and prepayments and carrying out variance analysisReconciling balance sheet accounts and flagging any concerns to the Senior Finance ManagerPreparing and distributing the monthly management accounts, and resolving any queries that come back from the businessRaising, reconciling and settling intercompany recharges across the group in a timely mannerPartnering with operations and department managers to support effective budget management and tailored reportingManaging the import and processing of company credit card transactionsRaising invoices in line with agreed billing schedulesSupporting the Senior Finance Manager with the monthly delivery partner billing process and pulling together supporting reporting packsProducing ad-hoc analysis, reporting and administration as the business requiresContributing to the annual audit - preparing financial schedules and responding to auditor queriesWhat We ..... full job details .....
