Key Responsibilities Management and maintenance of the site HACCP system Development and implementation of food safety and quality systems in line with BRC Global Standards and SALSA Support New Product Development (NPD), including ingredient sourcing and product trials Review and control of product labelling and factory documentation Coordination of external calibrations and supplier approvals Management of laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, allergenic) Supporting pest control inspections Carrying out daily and weekly internal audits, including hygiene, glass, and hard plastic audits Quality control of raw materials and finished products Conducting organoleptic and quality testing Handling customer complaints, investigations, and root cause analysis Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers Supporting general QA and ..... full job details .....
