The role will involve both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across occupied housing stock and commercial buildings. You will be carrying out repairs, installations, testing, inspections, fault finding, and remedial works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations. A large part of the role will involve testing and inspection work, including EICRs, alongside general electrical maintenance.
