Operations ManagerLocation:

Bromley (Hybrid/Flexible)We are currently working with a fast-growing microbusiness that has achieved impressive milestones in its first two years, generating over £200k in revenue. With up-and-coming technology and plans for growth, they are now looking for a proactive Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities

Operational Support:

Assisting in forming deals, sending out proposals and reports, and managing operational activities when clients accept proposals (including contract management, supplier coordination, and issuing final reports)CRM Management:

Maintaining and updating the CRM systems, ensuring all client and operational data is accurate and up to dateAdministrative Processes:

Run the full admin process alongside the founder, supporting client onboarding and ongoing client managementSales Support:

Contribute to sales activities, including proposal generation and follow-up, and support the business''s growth objectivesStrategic Input:

Act as the go-to person for operational strategy, working closely with future hires to ensure operational capacity matches business growthInnovation and Research:

Bring fresh ideas to the table, conduct independent research, and help drive continuous improvement across the businessWhat We''re Looking For
