Payroll Administrator Birmingham (Hybrid) £32,000 p/a + Bonus A large, well-established organisation is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join its dynamic and collaborative payroll team in Birmingham. You ll play a key role in delivering timely and accurate payroll services while providing first-class support to employees and stakeholders.What you ll be doing: Processing the full end-to-end payroll cycle for a large, multi-site workforce Ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions in line with internal and statutory deadlines Managing compliance with HMRC, pensions, and other statutory requirements Responding to employee payroll queries in a helpful and professional manner Maintaining data accuracy across payroll systems and documentation Liaising with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and support What we re looking for: Proven experience within a full payroll lifecycle role Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, RTI, and statutory reporting A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Confidence using payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools Previous HR exposure would be a bonus, but not essential If you re ready to take the next step in your payroll career within a ..... full job details .....
