Backed by private equity investment, the business is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation and growth, making this an opportunity to play a key role in shaping its future. The Role Shape and deliver a unified marketing strategy across multiple products and channels.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of around 10 marketers, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.Champion a data-led culture - using analytics to optimise activity, enhance ROI, and grow customer lifetime value (CLTV).Oversee acquisition, retention, and upsell campaigns across digital and traditional media.Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and return.Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to align marketing with broader business and audience objectives.Drive brand consistency and strengthen market positioning through compelling messaging and creative execution.
