We’re looking for an Account Manager (Influencer Marketing) to join a fast-growing agency working at the intersection of creators, culture, and innovation. This team has delivered standout campaigns for global artists and iconic brands – from blockbuster soundtracks to viral music launches – and is helping shape culture on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Lead influencer campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting

Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies

Match talent to campaigns based on brand goals, audience, and budget

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation

Collaborate closely with internal marketing, PR, and creative teams

Scout and evaluate emerging talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and more

Qualifications

Proven experience in influencer marketing

Strong relationship management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once

A keen eye for cultural trends, platforms, and creators

Confident in campaign tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis
