A well-established food production business is looking for a hands-on Yard & Grading Manager to take charge of a busy operation and lead a team on site.

This is a role for someone who likes being out on the floor, running things, leading people, and keeping operations moving.

• Running the yard and grading operation day to day
• Leading and supporting a team on shift
• Overseeing forklift movement and site traffic
• Making sure product is graded correctly and standards are met
• Keeping the yard organised, safe, and running smoothly
• Monitoring team performance and hitting daily targets
• Working closely with the operations leadership team
• Stepping in to support wider operations when needed

This is a visible leadership role where you''ll be trusted to manage your area and make decisions.

• Experience supervising or managing a team
• Background in fresh produce, food production, warehouse, agriculture, or similar
• Someone hands-on who leads from the front
• Good communicator who can organise people and keep things moving
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving operational environment
• Own transport required due to location
