Our tuition provision is structured around quality teaching and nurturing children, rather than constant testing and pressure. We support parents to understand the complexities of the 11+ process and provide transparent and honest feedback. We strive to build good relationships with our pupils and parents and provide them with exceptional customer service. 1. Lead the tutor team to deliver an exceptional educational experience for our pupils. 2. Oversee the tuition centre, ensuring effective logistics, time keeping and adherence to safeguarding and all policies. 3. Deliver 11+ tuition services in accordance with the lesson plan and scheme of learning provided by the Company. 4. Mark books in accordance with Company marking policy. 5. Be available to respond to Parent and Student queries at the beginning and end of each lesson. 6. Create a warm welcome for all staff, pupils, and parents in the centre. 7. Meet and greet all existing parents and children at start and end times of sessions. 8. Demonstrate our provision by showing prospective pupils and parents around the tuition centre. 9.
