A growing, family-owned property investment and management group is seeking a proactive and technically strong Finance Manager to take ownership of its financial operations in London. With a portfolio spanning London and other major cities across the UK, the business combines entrepreneurial drive with a commitment to high-quality asset management and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Managing payroll, PAYE, and pensions for the team

Preparing and filing VAT, Corporation Tax, and annual statutory accounts

Producing management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and budgets

Driving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting systems

Liaising with non-Finance stakeholders across the business

Qualifications

Full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and statutory compliance

An understanding of service charge accounting

Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero

Property sector experience (advantageous)
