Deputy Manager - Children''s Residential Services Job Title: Deputy Manager Location: East London Salary: 39,000 - 47,700 Hours: 40 hours per week About The Role: We are looking for experienced and highly capable Deputy Managers to support the leadership and day to day operations of a Children''s Residential Home in East London. This is a key role working alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home operates safely, effectively and in line with regulatory and organisational standards. You will play a critical part in supporting staff, safeguarding young people and ensuring high quality, trauma informed care is consistently delivered. The role requires a hands on approach, with the ability to step into leadership when required and drive performance, culture, and outcomes within the home.
