Key Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals for pupils and staff.Follow school-specific menus and dietary guidelines.Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety regulations.Maintain a clean, organised, and professional kitchen environment. Applicants must hold the following:Enhanced DBS Certificate UK Accredited Food Safety Level 2 Certificate or higher.UK Accredited Health and Safety Level 1 Certificate or higher.Allergens Awareness Certificate.Own chef uniform and professional chef knives.
