Accounts AssistantRichmondOffice BasedSalary - 27,000A shipping company based in Richmond are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.The ideal candidate will have accounts experience and will predominantly provide accounts and administrative support to the team.Main Responsibilities:Prepare creditor payment runs bi-monthly for all companiesUpdate and set up new customer and supplier accounts in Sage / QuickBooks/ EQS/ CRMExport and upload of sales and purchase invoices across our systemsTake credit/ debit card payments online and control direct debit functionsSending statements, credit control and debtors reportsCollate, bank and record all BACS payments/ ChequesRequirements:Good knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks would be preferableExcellent IT skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Databases)Reliable, self-motivated and can work as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisationGood time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyQuickly adapt to new techniques, processes, technology and other ways of workingBenefits:22 days annual leave + bank holidays - additional 3 days holiday between Christmas and NewYear at management discretionFull time in the office whilst learning the role, possibility for hybrid working thereafterTeam meals out and drinksAnnual salary review and performance related bonusRefer friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to 500!Unfortunately, due to ..... full job details .....
