The Veterinary Defence Society (VDS) is seeking an organised and customer focused Operational Administrator to join our Claims Operations Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking claims advice and support, helping to deliver an exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of a claim. You will also support a range of policy administration activities, including new business enquiries, renewals and policy changes.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in financial services and customer service while working with veterinary professionals across the UK and Ireland.
