Our client, based in Bristol with a national office network is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join the expanding HR team.The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver the total, broad People Development strategy, plans, interventions, tools, training, measures and insights. Individuals and teams have access to the skills and knowledge development opportunities they need to maximise their performance potential.
