Responsibilities for the Associate Mechanical Director: Team lead junior engineers, ensuring all project deadlines are met and completed accurately. Head up large scale projects simultaneously. Perform client facing tasks including regular meetings to update them with project progression. Meet and discuss project updates with other teams on the job.
