Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join their team. Key Responsibilities General property repairs and maintenance Basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating Repair and replace fixtures and fittings Respond to maintenance requests Carry out property inspections and repairs Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and landlords About You Previous experience in property maintenance or a handyman role Strong all-round maintenance skills Able to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK Driving Licence Basic electrical maintenance experience would be advantageous.
