You''ll work closely with the Fabrication Supervisor and Principal Fabricators, contributing to projects that demand precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Interpret engineering drawings and define fabrication methods.Set up and operate fabrication equipment, fixtures, and tooling.Carry out MIG, TIG, and spot welding on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.Support machinery maintenance and inspection schedules.Maintain records and ensure adherence to quality processes.Identify and contribute to process improvements.Support and mentor junior team members (Senior role).Uphold workshop safety and housekeeping standards.
