We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive component manufacturer based in Wickford, Essex. With a strong reputation for high-precision products, they are now looking to expand their Quality team with the addition of a Quality Inspector.Working Hours:Monday to Friday08:00 - 16:3040 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined componentsUse manual measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and gaugesSupport CMM inspections (experience with Mitutoyo or similar an advantage)Read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsRecord inspection results and maintain accurate documentationWork closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issuesSupport internal quality audits as requiredRequirements:Experience in a quality inspection role (manufacturing/engineering environment)Familiarity with CMM equipment (basic knowledge acceptable as training given)Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection toolsHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsBenefits:Up to 16phPermanent, full-time roleOpportunity for training and developmentSupportive work environment in a growing companyLocation: Wickford, Essex (commutable from Basildon, Chelmsford, Southend, Rayleigh, etc.) Click Apply Now to submit your CV.
