It provides housing management, repairs, neighbourhood services, and support programmes to help residents sustain their tenancies and improve local communities.Description Carry out inspections of residential propertiesAssess the condition of building components (roof, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)Identify defects, damage, and health and safety risksRecord accurate survey data using handheld devices or softwareEstimate remaining lifespan of componentsRecommend repairs, replacements, or planned worksEnsure properties meet housing standards and compliance requirementsLiaise with tenants and housing staff during surveysSupport asset management and investment planning decisions ProfileThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and confident in carrying out property inspections independently.
