About the RoleWe’re seeking a motivated SAP Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in connecting top SAP talent with global contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Format CVs for client submissions and assist in writing persuasive sales pitches.

Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Support client relationship management and assist in preparing candidate shortlists.

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and handle interview scheduling.

Familiarise yourself with the corporate landscape and stay up to date with industry trends.

Develop foundational skills in sales through guided training, self-learning on our training platform and shadowing senior consultants.

What We''re Looking For

Degree-level education, strong A-Levels, or a proven background in B2B/B2C sales or telesales.

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

A proactive mindset with the drive to learn and grow

Familiarity with International markets is a plus

Uncapped commission with high earning potential

Early Friday finish (4 PM)
