We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Hampshire wine production facility in Crondall. This is a hands-on managerial role overseeing production, logistics, stock, health and safety and accreditation.Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the winery site, including production, stock management, logistics, and health and safetyResponsibility for the day to day running of the facilityDrive system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and maximise profitOversee the day-to-day running of the Hampshire facility, including production planning and schedulingEnsure production targets and standards are metLead and maintain SALSA and BRC accreditation standardsDevelop, implement and regularly update health and safety and risk assessments across all winery operationsManage the winery teamWhat we are looking for
