Overview of - Estimating and Design Manager - Fire and Security

Care Homes, Residential Towers and Schools are typical clients where multiple Fire and Security systems like Door entry, CCTV, Communal, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm systems are installed by my client, and they seek someone to manage the CAD, Estimator and Document Control elements and people in team of 3.

If you have worked for a FIA, BAFE, SSAIB, NACOSS, NSI type installer and have Estimation, Design or Technical manager type experience to ensure process is managed and quality is upheld then please apply to lead this Design and Estimating team.

Location will be in Hertfordshire area and you will be taking over from Director who these people report into so it''s a new role that you can enjoy here.

Whats Required - If you are Estimating and Design Manager - Fire and Security

• Need experience of managing and leading a design/ estimating team or being senior and supervising others in Fire and Security
• Working with a Fire & Security company (NSI, NACOSS, SSAIB, BAFE, FIA etc) before, you will know CCTV, Access Control, etc

SUMMARY - If you are  Estimating, Designing and can manage or are Manager for a Fire and Security installer now and commutable

Salary should be c. £55,000 + benefits (more or less dependant on experience
