This is a UK-wide role based on site at Sellafield with travel to construction sites across the UK.Severfield is focused on delivering high-quality structural steelwork for major projects in the UK and Europe. The Nuclear and Infrastructure Division provides specialist design and fabrication services for regulated sectors, including nuclear, transport, process industries and energy.Responsibilities

Manage site health and safety requirements and support the site and projects team with day-to-day site activities.Assist with reviews of risk assessments and operating procedures.Conduct SHE inspections on a weekly basis and participate in accident and incident investigations when needed.Support toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and monitoring (hand-arm vibration/noise) to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.Assist in Environmental and Sustainability duties, including recording data on project visits.Key Skills and Qualifications

NEBOSH GeneralGood understanding of Health and Safety LegislationExperience of accident/incident investigationsExperience conducting inspections/auditsExperience in a steel construction environment, preferably in the nuclear industryAbility to communicate at all levels, internally and externallyComputer literate with Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer
