Warehouse OperativeAM2PM are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client in the OL2 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.Job Details:
- Shifts: 4 on 4 off. 13:30pm to 01:00am
- Pay rate: £13.45 per hour between 13:30pm -22:00pm, £16.90 per hour between 22:00pm - 01:00am
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling duties throughout the working day.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries.
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
- Moving stock around the warehouse using manual handling techniques or warehouse equipment where authorised.
- Carrying out regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.
