This role is based between Worcester and Droitwich, with hybrid working available following a successful onboarding period. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage credit control activities across four businesses within the group, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor client accounts across four group companies Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices using a proactive, phone-first approach Maintain detailed and accurate records of client communications and payment statuses Liaise with internal teams across all companies to resolve billing and account queries Attend regular meetings with account managers to review aged debt Tailor communication style to suit different clients and sectors Allocate incoming payments daily and complete bank reconciliations Take payments over the phone via the group s secure online system Process credit ..... full job details .....
